Terms of Service

By installing, connecting, or utilizing DATACART ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. Description of Service

DATACART provides Shopify merchants with automated WhatsApp cash-on-delivery (COD) verification workflows, live catalog inventory tracking, courier performance breakdown, and true net profit accounting.

2. Subscription & Billing API Integration

All subscription payments, recurring fees, and plan upgrades (Starter, Growth, Pro, Advanced) are billed exclusively through Shopify's official Billing API (RecurringApplicationCharge). DATACART never handles or stores merchant credit cards directly.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to utilize the App in strict compliance with the Shopify Partner Program Agreement and all local electronic messaging and privacy regulations. You confirm that WhatsApp notifications triggered to your buyers relate directly to verified store purchases.

4. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or uninstall DATACART at any time with a single click inside your Shopify Admin. Upon uninstallation, all recurring billing ceases immediately without penalty.
